1General Terms of Use for the 18cash Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 18cash ("Platform", "We") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the 18cash platform.

By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies listed here, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

1.1 Jurisdiction and Applicability

The 18cash platform operates to serve users in Malaysia. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them. 18cash makes no representation regarding the legality of using the platform outside Malaysia.

These terms are subject to applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by 18cash. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2Account Registration and Management

To use the full services of 18cash, you are required to register and open a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual, not a company or corporate entity.
• You are not on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's information.
• You have never had an account closed by 18cash due to a previous terms violation.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 18cash at any one time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, a different email address, or a different phone number — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances returned after deducting any related bonuses.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

18cash implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires all members to submit valid identity documents before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a copy of MyKad (front and back) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the designated timeframe may result in withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

3Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

18cash provides a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods, including local eWallets, bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow, and popular digital payment platforms in Malaysia. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Funds are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation being received.
• 18cash is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Deposits must be made from an account in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 for eWallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the 18cash account holder.
• Processing times depend on the chosen method — eWallet: 5–30 minutes; bank transfer: 15 minutes–3 hours.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP level — from RM5,000 (Bronze) to RM200,000 (Diamond).
• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

18cash offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

4.1 Rollover (Turnover) Requirements

Each activated bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before the balance can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement means a total wagering amount of RM2,000 must be reached before any withdrawal from that balance is permitted.

• The rollover requirement is based on total wagering amount, not on winnings or losses.
• Cancelled, rejected, or void bets do not count toward the rollover calculation.
• Wagers placed on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, toward the rollover requirement.
• The deadline to meet rollover requirements varies by promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days.

4.2 Bonus Limits and Restrictions

• Each promotion can only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• 18cash reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated wins if evidence of promotion abuse is found.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 18cash reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 18cash platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation.

5.1 Betting Results

All casino game results are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) system. For Sports Betting, outcomes are based on official match results recognised by the relevant sports authority. Any result dispute must be submitted within 72 hours of the result being published.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, market and the member's VIP level. Current limits are displayed live within the game interface before any bet is placed. 18cash reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time based on platform risk analysis.

6Strictly Prohibited Activities

The 18cash platform is intended for entertainment and recreational purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure, fund freezing, and legal proceedings:

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technology that mimics human actions.
• Opening more than one account — whether individually or through another person.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches for unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt the security of the 18cash system.
• Illegal transfer of funds through the platform (money laundering).
• Use of another person's credit card or bank account without valid authorisation.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.

7Account Suspension and Closure

18cash reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the designated timeframe.
• Closure request submitted by the member for self-exclusion reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Evidence that the member does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, the account balance (excluding any bonuses or wins associated with the violating activity) may be returned once the investigation is complete. 18cash is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these terms.

8Liability Limits and Disclaimers

18cash provides the platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 18cash is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

18cash's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9Responsible Gaming

18cash is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting members who may be vulnerable to gambling-related issues. Our platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum betting amount per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks as needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Fully exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently.

10Terms Amendment and Service Termination

18cash reserves the right to amend, add or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant amendments that directly affect member rights, notice will be provided via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendment's effective date.

18cash also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service offered on the platform at any time, with or without notice, provided that any valid member fund balances will be returned within a reasonable period following any service termination.
